After scanning everything you send to Shoeboxed, they extract the data from the pages and a human verifies the key fields required for your accounting and taxes.

All receipts are saved in your online Shoeboxed account and there are great search features.

The great news is that it fully integrates with Xero. A link to the PDF document is available in XERO for every purchase invoice created using Shoeboxed. An online demostration is below:

WOW: Massive news for Xero, and a great endorsement for it’s product.

Xero and cloud based accounting starting to dominate the market.

Online accounting software provider Xero has announced that, as a result of growing client demand for cloud based accounting solutions, Deloitte is now offering its client the ability to migrate to Xero’s single ledger accounting solution.

This is great news for Xero as Deloitte is one of Australia’s largest accounting firms.
